Comments:
On March 1, 2023, the Issuer directed the Trustee to draw on the Reserve
Account in order to make the scheduled March 1, 2023 debt service payment for
the Bond Issue. After such draw amount, the balance remaining in the Reserve
Account was $140,515.13, which resulted in a balance $48,409.87 below the
Reserve Requirement.
